Garima & Yash : what's looped in the loops of Varanasi.

Ganga. where life is born.

and an most occassions, life is love.

What we have here are Yash and Garima. In the truest essense of the place.

these two wonderful people met in the same city, on the occasion of Yash's elder brother, Kush's wedding. and like any meeting in a city that has much to tell, another chapter in it's histories were being written.

We set out to capture them in their truest form. Amusingly these two have the ability to set aside all guards and be absolutely candid in front of the camera. This was nothing less of an opportunity in itself. What we set out to capture was them without inhibitions. But also, that dignified essense of how love feels in a city like varanasi. where glances are shared. where laughter is celebrated. and where are old world shyness is nothing but charming.

happens to be one of our favourite shots. we chose the low angle here, to emphasize how larger than life it feels to hold hands of whom you love, and raises above what you normally endure to be.

A quick dress change later, here we are. now in the ghats and the streets, seeing for ourselves, the beaty in the choas of this town.

Pre Weddings are not work. They are friendships. You make friends. You share memories made together. and you discover a little bit about each other.

if in the city of Gods you don't feel humbled enough to realise man is the greatest of all creations, where else would you.

Football. Some people it unites. Other's just turn into a Hotspur. That meant nothing really. But these two are huge football fans. and homely souls. We thought let's string the two up and make some stories.
